For the past five years, I've worked at Citizens Financial Group designing, building, enhancing, and documenting scalable enterprise services for core banking functionality. I've worked as a tech lead of multiple cross-functional pods since 2022, a role in which I have mentored junior engineers and performed code reviews. Below are some of my key accomplishments at Citizens.

• Led cloud migration to AWS-hosted PostgreSQL, reducing costs by $2M over 5 years.
• Delivered real-time sanctions screening solution, saving $50K annually.
• Developed Kafka-driven event systems to synchronize data between distributed components.
